MY PROJECTS
off the mat: buddy the elf
He’s so simple yet so cute 💚💚💚. He’s 30 inches and pretty much seamless. I love all the colors that were used with a variety of cardstock - shimmer, glitter, Swiss dots. And I loved duplicating the holly and adding some shape/curl to make it stand out on his shirt.
OFF THE MAT: SNOOPY’S CHRISTMAS HOUSE
It’s done!!!! Snoopy with real lights and faux snow … it’s better than I had imagined ❤️❤️❤️. Thank you for joining my live on Instagram where we brainstormed and came up with a better idea for the lights!!! This tutorial is broken up into quite a few sessions cause it was definitely time consuming 😝😂🤣… but so worth it IMHO 😁.

OFF THE MAT: BABY GRINCH
Tips and tricks for an off the mat project.Make baby grinch with me!!! 💚. 30 inches of cardstock 💚💚💚.
DIY GRINCH ORNAMENT
I finally hopped on board to make one of these. They’re 3 inch flat disc plastic ornaments from @michaelsstores. Unless you have a serious dislike for this shape, it’s the easiest to work with and to add adhesive vinyl.
Tips:
💚 the face image is 1.9 inches for the 3 inch bulb; the one on the left is 1.5 inches which is too small in my opinion.
💚 use minwax polycrylic protective finish - I’ve used this in the past and do not have any discoloration issues.
OFF THE MAT: JACK & SALLY - NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS
💀 Jack and sally - 37 inches x 22 inches of cardstock.
Look at that hair shine! I’m so excited to have discovered a new brand of glitter cardstock - Ground Up Creations! Now for the tips:💀 - at 37 inches they are practically seamless!!! In the video you can see a seam running through her dress. But that will disappear when this is glued to a foam board. It will stay flat and won’t catch the light reflection.
